Architectural Request Form

The by-laws and covenants of the Red Rock Meadows Homeowners’ Association directly set forth restrictions and requirements for changes and/or additions to properties located in the above noted development.


Articles pertinent to the architectural integrity of the developments are noted as follows:

Article III, Section 6: Approval by Architectural Control Committee. No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any a lot until the construction, plans and specifications, and the plan showing the location of the structure have been approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) as to quality of workmanship and material, harmony of external design with existing structures and as to location with respective topography and finished grade elevation.


Article III, Section 8: Architectural Control Committee. The Architectural Control Committee shall consist of three members appointed by the HOA Board of Directors and shall have such authority as provided for by a resolution of the Board of Directors and/or set forth in the HOA Bylaws, as may be amended.


Article III, Section 16: Approval by Architectural Control Committee. Fences and Dog Runs must have prior approval before work is done. See Article for more information.
