Red Rock Meadows HOA monthly meetings are held at 6pm on the 2nd Wednesday each month at the Whispering Pines Fire Station, 7980 Clarkson Road. Annual meetings & hearings are also held at the same location; time and date to be determined.

Homeowners,

The HOA wanted to provide an update and a reminder regarding fences that were damaged during the windstorm. As a result of the extensive damage, we used this opportunity to update our Covenants. Currently homeowners have the option to utilize vinyl, composite, or metal for their fences (no longer only vinyl).

As a reminder, homeowners have until midnight October 1st to have their fences in good standing. If extensions are needed, it is recommended homeowners reach out to the HOA requesting an extension. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

All homeowners are required to request and receive ACC approval before changing their fencing materials, (such as vinyl to metal or composite) using the ACC Form. If making fencing repairs only, using the same materials & colors, ACC approval is not required.
